Q: What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a 95% refund for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. For cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund is provided. No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Q: Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes, we typically require a 1-night minimum stay. During peak seasons and holidays, the minimum stay may be extended to 2 or 3 nights.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and a potential fee.

Q: How do I access the property?

A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique smart lock code via email and SMS. This code will be active exactly at your check-in time and expire at check-out.

Q: Are pets allowed at your properties?

The Luxe Hi Desert is pet-friendly with a small additional fee. Unfortunately, Bluebird Day Retreat does not allow pets to ensure an allergy-free environment for all guests.

Q: Do you provide linens and towels?

Absolutely. All our properties are fully stocked with premium linens, bath towels, and dedicated pool/hot tub towels for your convenience.

Q: Are the kitchens fully equipped?

Yes, our kitchens are chef-grade and fully equipped with premium appliances, cookware, utensils, a coffee maker (with complimentary coffee), and basic spices/oils.

Q: Is there high-speed Wi-Fi available?

Yes, both properties feature high-speed, reliable Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, streaming, and multiple devices.

Q: Do I need a 4WD vehicle to access the properties?

For Bluebird Day Retreat in Lake Tahoe during winter months (Nov-April), 4WD/AWD and snow chains are highly recommended and often required by local law. For The Luxe Hi Desert, standard vehicles are perfectly fine year-round.

Q: Are there grocery stores nearby?

Yes, both properties are conveniently located within a 10-15 minute drive to well-stocked local supermarkets and specialty grocery stores.
